Ronnet was founded in 2014 by a small team of successful business consultants specialising in providing growth to small and medium size companies.  The business began originally as an IT consultancy, but has since expanded to be able to offer more high level management services.

Our office is located in London, England but we work with international clients to help drive results for todays global market.  We want to maintain our small boutique offering, focusing on working with a few clients on long term projects.

Change doesn’t happen overnight. So we begin by listening to our clients, specifically on where they are now and where they want to go. Initially many meetings are conducted with different company personnel which helps us create a vision map of the future and set your goals clearly.

The complex work then starts in the background and follows an inhouse developed methodology which has been proven to work time and time again.

Competitor Analysis. We work to identify your competitors and evaluate their strategies to determine strengths and weaknesses and present you with your current standing.

Market Research. This meticulous task is vital in establishing what your goals should be and how realistic it is to achieve them. The results of this activity could really reshape your business and strategy entirely.

Market Strategy. We work with you to develop a market strategy. This will focus on identifying the right product or services to stimulate the growth required to reach your targets.

Implementation Design. Once goals and targets have been agreed we design the methods and techniques required to take action in order to execute them. This is carefully thought out and planned with budgets and capabilities in mind.

Implement and Execute. Now we are ready to put plans into action by deploying and mobilising teams to run the designed plans in order to achieve the long term set strategy.

Review. Finally we review the tangible and intangible results based on the key metrics set and company personnel feedback.
